Located in Hartville, Ohio, our homeowners enjoy a beautiful suburban location, great amenities, and really nice neighbors.  We are located close to the convenience of Hartville, a number of golf courses, and right next door to Quail Hollow State Park.

Our neighborhood vision is to: Create and sustain a welcoming and enjoyable community that is attractive to current and prospective homeowners.
